My eldest daughter and I had quite an adventure today when we set out to join the crowds and meet Prince William and Catherine during their visit to Canberra. It wasn't hard to get caught up in all the excitement as we saw them arrive and we weren't disappointed as they shook hands and greeted us on their way out. My daughter was lucky enough to chat with the Prince as he accepted a gift for baby George from the teachers at her school whom we had joined during the wait for our 'royal' encounter.
